Utah Couple’s Portraits | Destination Film Photo Session

As a working artist, it’s important to grow and evolve. In the past couple of years I’ve started to challenge myself to get out of my comfort zone, travel and immerse fully into a learning experience that will benefit my business and clients.

This year that meant a week in the mountains of beautiful Utah at the “Play it Brave” Retreat led by D’Arcy Benincosa. The retreat itself was invigorating and inspiring but I knew I wanted to push myself that extra bit and fully utilize the time away by creating work.

Enter the STUNNING Alice and Kellon, a real life couple, who were gracious enough to model at the salt flats, a place I’ve been dying to see. With just 3 rolls of film and NO digital medium to shoot with (other than one insta story…I AM human after all), we set off on an adventure with the morning sun on our faces and the wind at our back.

Have an idea for an all-film elopement or editorial you want to run by me? Let me know!
